I have a VF file and from what I understand, it’s a Vegas file. I don’t have Vegas and I need to open this up. Does anyone have any tools or apps in mind that can do this besides Vegas?
Only Vegas can open Sony Vegas formats, if you want to open it, you’ll have to download and install the product I’m afraid, it’s not cross compatible. 
Thanks for the info, Alex. You’re right about that–we kept trying to mess with the file and later discovered that it’s basically a “project” file and not even a movie. Eh… Shows how much Vegas XP we have!
