I have a website that I built in WordPress that i’m using to market my Real Estate business and am trying to use my site to achieve local SEO relevance in a variety of keywords. I’ve been creating blog posts about the business and am using an IDX plugin by Ihomefinder to display my MLS listings.
One thing I’ve been focusing on is creating Market Reports, cherry picking properties by niche, and offering neighborhood level expertise in my region. I’m curious as to whether any other marketers in the sector have tried this strategy and whether or not they have any other approaches in order to regionally dominate for keywords and terms.
