Is it possible for us to create URL to thumbnail in PHP ?
Or can we use some API’s which are free to do it ? I need to get some good API which support inner links or pages too.

I need to know whether we can create a system which can convert url (site url) to thumbnail image like http://www.websnapr.com/ using PHP.
If not, can I get a free API to do it ? I need to convert inner pages url (eg : www.site.com/index.php&name=sasa&age=25).
