Every time I try to run http//w…/wp-admin/install.php I get a download window and not the install page. Any ideas out there? I’ve installed WP several times and this never happened.

Always on the same server, if so any configuration changes been made to it?
I have another wp blog on the same server giving no problems. I tested the install.php programme on the active blog and it came up - correctly - telling me that WP was already installed. I am unaware of any configuration changes that may have been made.
