Updated couple of plugins and now toggle sub-menu has stopped working

updated few plugins, like wordfence and some others as well. Before updating them, navigation toggle and sub-navigation toggles were working perfectly, but now sub nav toggle has stopped working.

Note: I am talking about mobile menu.

Order of jquery and bootstrap is perfect.

anyone can guide me what mistake I am doing here?

I would suggest you disable all your plugins and then enable them one-by-one to see which is causing the problems.
