Well, I’m using avira before the free one only. (since I cannot provide to buy the premium). Then, an unknown virus attract my computer. (downloading songs in bearshare)
So, I observe that avira is not that accurate and my computer really hang and too slow. So I decide to switch to ZenOK Free Antivirus And now, AVG found viruses to my computer. And now, my computer works well. But still, I have problem with my uninstall kasperksy…
Well re-install your operating system! so kaspersky will easily remove
When downloading from file sharing networks, there will be malicious software floating around. I get a lot of side business from folks messing up their computers that way. My advice? Stop using it.
Second, install and scan with malwarebytes.
Third, having more than one anti-virus application installed will cause odd behavior. Uninstall all of them.
Forth, if you’re using Windows Vista or 7, use Microsoft Security Essentials. If you’re using Window XP, use AVG, Avast, or Avira.
Just which antivirus programs do you have installed? You have mentioned:
- Avira
- ZenOK
- AVG
- Kaspersky
You should only have one of thes installed at a time.
Note that Kaspersky itself acts very much like a virus - once installed it is almost impossible to uninstall it. I had to contact their support several times while trying to uninstall it in order to get their help in removing all of the pieces that were using 99.9% of the computer resources 100% of the time. I figure that their protection is the most effective antivirus because they don’t leave you with any computer resources to actuually run anything except their program.
Have you tried to uninstall it from control panel,If not then try this. After trying it does not remove completely then go to c drive and open programs list and delete the kaspersky folder and restart your computer.
That is poor advice. System files and registry entries would still be left behind, which could cause issues.
IF it comes down to a manual removal (and this is really an absolutely last resort that isn’t generally recommended), look for manual removal instructions for your specific version.
First, install Ccleaner. Run the disk cleaner tool and then run its registry cleaner tool. Then, I would recommend you using the Microsoft security essentials. It is really the best antivirus i have ever seen. If you are running Windows XP, you will have to install SP3 first and then you will be able to install this antivirus.
The common un-installation process of Windows operating system is not good. You can try through revo uninstaller.
