Under Kubuntu to make the selected app more noticeable

Hello,
Under Kubuntu 18 having “Breeze” style I have in taskbar selected
app underlined : https://imgur.com/a/AdFSSou

But this line is very thin and I hardly can see it. If there is a way to make this
current line bigger or to make the selected app more noticeable ?
