I have worked hard to achieve a #4 ranking for Top restaurant NYC which has about 110,000 google searches a month.
For some reason I still get about 100 visitors a day. I was getting 100 visitors prior to the #4 ranking. I use justhost and their stats seem to be accurate.
What can be the reason for this?

Are you #4 for all location or just for one location
sometimes google may show your site on the top just for your broswer you should try for other broswers and different locations to find the real or average position.
also you can find your average position on google webmaster tools
according to rankpay dot com, im #4 as well

because on google dot com i am #1 for the specific keyword but on average i am #5,6 when i check on webmaster tools it means i am not #1 on some other google domains
I do not know this site before but as i ve seen on their first page they say pay for rank so they may used a data for one specific domain like google dot co.uk to be paid
On google webmasters it has me as 8.1 avg

I think u should use different browers & diffrent location to improve the ranking of ur site .I also find same difficulty 1 year back.
