Hey Gang,
I’m looking for the best way to add a top promo bar to my site (much like the example here on sitepoint at the top of the screen).
Is there a script or tutorial that shows how to do this. Ideal features are rotating through various notices (either by random load or each day, etc.) and the ability to out the bar, cookie-based.
HelloBar.com does some of this, but looking for a self-hosting option.
