Tool to show tasks that staff are working on? (Alternative to Excel Spreadsheet)

Hi people,

I’m looking for some sort of tool that allows users to see tasks that staff are working on in a development environment? These would be show on a screen to allow PMs to see what each person is working on.

Ideally i would like something that possibly rotates, anything really just NOT a boring spreadsheet :slight_smile:

One idea was to create a Twitter account for each staff member and install Tweedeck, so that when a developer is working on something new they can add it in as a tweet?

But i thought i would ask the pros, what would you guys suggest? Oh and it need to be FREE of course, i just want to impress my managers :slight_smile:

Billy…just try google docs… it is easy for your staffs to load their work status and can be viewed at any time.
