Time tracker

im finding it hard to maintain my two affiliated social networking site for my business and it time consuming, i cant work on the papers well, so i hired virtual assistants,it way cheaper than hiring an office employee for a small business like mine…ive ask the on-line workers to work same time as the office work but i dont know how to monitor them,do you have any tips on how to? any appilication/softwares?:slight_smile:
