Hey Site Pointers
Wondering if anyone could suggest some good software to take care of my needs
Looking from something to take care of
Support / Job tickets, where I can add notes, reply, update and invoice
I have looked at a few systems , many have billing / invoicing + ticket systems which would work, but ideally I would love to have a client start a ticket/job and then I can add notes, reply and then invoice on closure
None seem to do exactly what i would like… Right now I am considering using Blesta, its not exactly what I want, but pretty close…
Any suggestions? Anyone tried Blesta?
