I’m glad you enjoyed the article scoplen10. I found it interesting and I don’t disagree with any of it. But I confess I can’t really think of any creative ways to apply much of it to UX

I get that the process from start to finish should be smooth. And I can imagine a “Congratulations!” thing could help make the end more pleasurable and memorable. What I’m having trouble with is how to improve the intermediate steps from being more than “not a problem” to something pleasurable and memorable.

What ideas do you have regarding how you could improve a users experience?
