What do You think are current technology trends? What will be the main technology in the future? PHP, .NET, J2EE, Ruby, Django? Or maybe something else?
Which technology would You recommend for starting business today?

You’ll probably get some biased answers here. I’m a front-end developer that works with .NET developers, but do PHP at home, so those are the two I would point out, however Ruby and Django are prolific in their own regard as well. J2EE is probably more suited for enterprise type stuff, not so much for starting a business (unless it’s going to solve your problems of course!).
I would recommend to use whatever platform that is going to solve your problem the most efficient way 
A lot of the time it isn’t important whether you pick Python, Ruby, PHP or .NET, so long as they solve your problems and don’t become a maintenance burden.
Is there anyone more willing to help and say his opinion about the issue? What do You expect to be the mainstream technology of the future?
Javascript is definitely taking over, going to have direct OS support for it on win8 even(can access metro api). And with Jquery it just keeps growing and growing in popularity. I think of the languages you listed probably more PHP growth.
Thanks for the point. I also think JavaScript can rule the internet. It is just great, but the problem is always that it is not only windows that matters. Linux has to follow as well…
