I have a table with about 20 rows and 5 columns on my webpage. I need to create an identical table like this one on that contains blank some input cells which will allow the web site user to input information to be sent to me at the end of them filling out the information when they press a submit button. The Build Your Own Website gets into table but I am confused when it comes to this application. I am not sure how to make the page in which you can capture the user information in the table and then how to automatically have it sent to my e-mail with the same title as it has in the table.
Also the form processing application that is mention in the book is not longer around so are there any other suggestions.
