Here is mine - Need to do some more work on it. <snip /> - But it can give you an example (Yes I know there is nothing on the home page, meant for it to be like that but got lots of complaints so I am changing it.)
but always include services and skills you offer along with previous work you have done. and links to the work if it is a website. You can include what skills you used on each project. Then always a contact page. Blogs are also really good if you have good content to write about. Like project updates, tips and tricks etc.
