Styling textarea input boxes

Here’s my page:http://shopontonagon.com/test-page/

I need for the last two text areas to be taller. I tried doing it with rows and columns but for some reason that isn’t doing it so I took them back out. Here’s my HTML and CSS:

<input type="hidden" name="on5" value="Ad copy">Ad should say</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>
<input type="textarea" class="adtextarea" name="os5"></td>
<tr>
<td>
<input type="hidden" name="on6" value="Additional instructions">Additional instructions</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>
<input type="textarea" class="adtextarea" name="os6"></td>
.adtextfield {
    width: 300px;
}

.adtextarea {
    width: 400px;
}

What am I missing? Thanks!

For anything other than a single line input, use <textarea> instead of <input>

E.g.

<textarea name="os5"></textarea>

You can also specify columns and rows:

<textarea cols="50" rows="10" name="os5"></textarea>

I knew it would be something easy I was missing. Thanks very much, it worked! :slight_smile:
