Strange black symbols instead of PGP executed code in homepage

Hey there. Today I opened my website and found that I have all these strange black symbols under a section of it:

I checked the code and I saw that this code is the one which is actually replaced:

<?php
define('WP_USE_THEMES', false);
require('./articoli/wp-blog-header.php');
?>
<table class="table table-bordered">

<?php
global $post;
$args = array( 'posts_per_page' => 8 );
$myposts = get_posts( $args );

foreach( $myposts as $post ) :  setup_postdata($post); ?>
<tr style="background-color: #FFFF99"><td style="font-weight: bold"><span class="glyphicon glyphicon-pushpin"></span>&nbsp;<a href="<?php the_permalink() ?>" rel="bookmark" title="Permanent Link to <?php the_title_attribute(); ?>"><?php the_title(); ?></a></td></tr>
<?php endforeach; ?>

What could it be, in your opinion?
UPDATE: I just disabled all the WordPress plugins and reactivated them and it started to work again normally and the error automatically disappeared. Woah.
