Sticky Table Row

Hello

I need a way out (CSS Based) or Javascript Based to make the TOP ROW of a table Sticky.

Means, when I go below the page Or scroll the table (table is in a div with overflow = scroll) The first / header row remains where it is.

Please guide me how to do this ?
I cant use Jquery etc. (Unfortunately)
