Statcounter doesn't show me the all the pages visited

Sory, but in forum index I didn’t find a part for joomla, so I put my question here :), because I saw that are great developers here that know almost everything.

I created a joomla template from zero and I put the http://statcounter.com code in the footer of the index.php file, that is located in my template folder. Statcounter counts only the index.php page.
Can someone please tell me what to do?

… should be your first clue…did you put it in the footer of the REST of the pages too?

I put the code in the footer on the index.php, but I don’t know where are the other pages, in joomla, to put the code in that place. I created only index.php, so in my template folder I have only this page. The rest of the pages I created from admin area.
