Squirrelmail won't show emails in inbox

Hi,

I’ve just set up a server with apache2/php/mysql/postfix/dovecot. I installed squirrelmail, set my mail_location and I can send / receive emails fine (checking var/mail/user I can see the incoming mail).

I can send email via squirrel, but i can’t see anything in the inbox. Any pointers? (I’ve spent the better part of a day Googling it)

Did you set up IMAP? I believe squirrelmail requires IMAP for incoming mail.

Ya, I can telnet into IMAP2 and POP3… It was a new server, so I just rebuilt it instead of tinkering… who knows if it saved me time or not :wink:
