There is a new law in the US and I understand France that requires blogs to state clearly the posts for which they receive payment. As sponsored posts are a very potent form of link building I was wondering if G and other SEs have lobbied to push ithe law through. Does anyone think this is the case or am I just paranoid?
There is a dollar limit on these disclosures. I don’t remember specifically what it is but you should probably find out if you’re concerned. If the sponsored posts are under the floor limit then you’ll be just fine.
