Testing my new connection, could some of you guys do a speed test and post the location from where u downloaded it ?

First, WELCOME to SitePoint.

With that, I have to say that posting a bin file and asking members to download is inherently dangerous, therefore, I removed that file. IMHO, you should be using an online service like that provided at http://speedtest.net/index.php.
