SOLVED: How come the cover isn't cover the whole code?

Why is this one split between the cover and what’s under it?

How would I fix this code so that the cover is covering what’s under it?
What happened to this code?

When editing the code I took the cover off of it, after I put it back on, now it’s not covering the whole code.

This one has the cover covering everything.
