Can anyone recommend any Social Media Tracking services (paid or free) that is worth using?
I want to track certain keywords over a period of time for number of mentions and other demographics. The mentions might be close to millions on some keywords.
I will be tracking movie titles.

Google Analytics isn’t exactly what I’m after, I need it to count the results and possibly put them in a graph.

You can use the Google AdWords keyword tool to track the popularity of keywords on Google searches: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal. While that isn’t social media specifically, it will give you a decent representation of the particular keywords in the web world.
Are you looking more for a tool that will tell you that Die Hard was mentioned 5,604 times on Twitter between day x and day y?
Better to use Google analytic new version. its having so many option about social networking visitors finder. and name of the tool SEO frog this is good for tracking a visitors.
