Snoring

According to my wife I snore and over the past few days it’s been every night, nearly. Yesterday my wife convinced me to buy some nasal strips to open up both sides so I can breath easier while asleep. I thought great and so did my wife.

I tried one last and got positive results this morning from my wife…they made it much louder.

The wife is gutted, I just hope she doesn’t want me to try two tonight. :hush:

LOL!

I guess I have Fortuna at my side as I don’t snore. But I do talk alot in my sleep. Not much better. :x

Recently I started to snore also, but I think it’s because of the additional 5kg’s I gained this summer lol

Glad I don’t snore… I sleep beside my sister, and she doesn’t either. Maybe it’s in the blood lol:D

Do you sleep on your back? Try sleeping on a side.

Lucky you.

Great I’ll check them out later. I don’t smoke but my lifestyle is, lets just say, driving me nuts. :headbang:

I totally agree as this has only come to light when I got married. I’ve been fine with being single and sleeping alone.

:hush: The wife snores but she always denies it. I have been tempted to record her but haven’t had the guts to yet.

Snoring is the worst thing ever! I can’t stand it! I found a couple of articles to checkout below spence, they look interesting and have some common diagnosis!

But at the end of the day, I would get it checked out by your GP, for your wife’s sake :stuck_out_tongue: Are you a smoker? Seems that smoking and lifestyle play a big part to it all!

Yes, that might be a good idea.

Yap sleep position is a pretty important factor. I snore mainly when I lie on my back

lol entry - it’s funny how weight can make you snore -there’s a lot of surprising factors that I never knew about - I thought it was usually just something to do with sinuses or what sleep position you had but it’s quite interesting really

I totally agree. Women are such hypocrites. I’m sure I heard my wife snore once, for a brief split second, yet she claims she never snores!

I used to go camping with a friend who had animated conversations in his sleep. Very funny, and weirda t the same time. aren’t we a funny lot?!

But as for you not snoring, I want to hear Fortuna’s view on that before I’ll be convinced!!!

Yes, it does help to give her a head start.

IMHO, the main cause of snoring is marriage. I never snored when I lived alone. I never received a single complaint. Then when I got married, as if by magic, I began to snore, and now I’m constantly in trouble for it.

I do sleep on my side but I still snore. I may need to visit the doctor about my nose.

Let the wife fall asleep first and see what the results are :stuck_out_tongue:

Yap I can approve this one:
Don’t drink and sleep – Alcohol before bed makes snoring worse according to experts.

No need for an expert

If the wife learns about this, prepare to sleep on the couch:lol:

Do it!!

My husband snores. I have made him try every remedy under the sun and nothing works. I sent him to a specialist who said that he has an exceptionally large tongue (WTF??) and that for just $15k he can fix it. I have decided to live with it.

I have come up with my own home remedy if anyone is interested. Earplugs + sleeping pills + a well practiced kidney punch.
