SLOW downloads on Apache port 80 but 10 MB/sec on port 5005

It’s ridiculous…I can’t pull more than 100-150 kB/sec on anything via port 80.

I don’t get it… I put in a ticket at Softlayer to inquire about this but so far they don’t know what the problem is…

Anyone with an idea?
