There is something that has been bothering me for sometime now. and only experienced developers or someone who has tested this can answer, in my opinion.
I have a wordpress website and I want to ask what is the best way to increase and keep your site speed in between 1 to 3 seconds.
Should we use plugins for that or custom code our site for every issue or every function?
any help will be much appreciated.

Have you run any online speed tester? Most of them will tell you what is wrong and will give suggestions how to fix it.
I reckon the answer would be just try it or try to be more specific about which plugins you’re using and think might be an issue. They are 1000s of them out there and you might bumped into somehow who knows who wrote a similar but to get answer be more precise.
