Simple bug tracking system

Could you suggest me a simple bug tracking system? Simplicity is the main point as it’s going to be used only by me and a client of mine, and we need only the basic features, like: posting bugs which need to be fixed, marking their importance and removing the fixed bugs.

The only one that I’m aware of is Flyspray. It’s been a while since I used it, it might be a little bit of overkill for your needs.

I don’t know of any error handling apps per se, but add this to a common file in your site’s pages (eg. header.php) sit down, take a deep breath, hang on, and be prepared to have your eyes opened next time you check your email. :eek:

error_reporting(0);
set_error_handler('myErrHandler');
set_exception_handler('myExcepHandler');

$to = "your_email@where-ever.com";
$subject = "Web site error";
$headers  = "MIME-Version: 1.0 \\r\
" ;
$headers .= "Content-Type: text/plain \\r\
";
$headers .= "From: <Webmaster@your_domain.com> \\r\
\\r\
";

function myErrHandler($code, $msg, $file, $line, $context)
{
	$body = "$msg at $file ($line), timed at " . date ("d-M-Y h:i:s", mktime());
	$body .= "\
\
" . print_r($context, TRUE);
	mail($to, $subject, $body, $headers);
}
function myExcepHandler($exception)
{
	$body = "Uncaught exception: " . $exception->getMessage() . "\
";
	$body .= " timed at " . date ("d-M-Y h:i:s", mktime());
	mail($to, $subject, $body, $headers);
}

I like and use 16bugs.com

He wants a bug tracking system, not an error catching system.

Bugzilla is ok and free if you only need the basics.
