I wanted to create a very similar signup page like this one: http://fox.hedgecowebsites.com/signup
I need it in a WordPress site, so far I have thought about using the Contact Form 7 WP plugin or the google documents forms… does anyone know of a better solution as I have no experience with forms.
The form just needs to be emailed to someone.
