Side bar links buttons are hidden under the menu of a main page

Greetings of the day.

The sidebar link buttons are hidden under the menu on a main page when we scroll the page.

I want to make it run over menu and top banner so that it will not hide under it

@edge can you pint out the problem element you are referring to?
The only thing like a sidebar I see on the page is the social link icons, but they are not hidden on scroll, they follow the scroll.

The issue is fixed using Z-Index as per advice from Sibertius.
