Show video previews on hover

Hi all,

Please have a look at https://www.brown.edu/ . About 2 thirds down the page there are 3 students. If you hover over each one it plays a short snippet, which you can then play the whole video.

Does anyone know of a working demo of similar functionality or a jquery plugin that could do this? I think whats needed is 2 videos: the whole version (which preferably would sit on YouTube; and a shorter video for the preview).
