Should I be worried about this link?

Hi all.

I freely admit to being paranoid since three of my sites were hacked recently. When checking the Awstats on one of them just now, under “Links from an external page (other web sites except search engines)” I found this: http ://192.168.34.51:15871/cgi-bin/blockOptions.cgi

A similar link (different IP address) appears in May, which is when the site was hacked, but not at any other time, as far as I can tell.

What does the link mean, and should I be worried? If so, what can I do about it? Sorry if these are daft questions, but I’m finding it hard to find helpful information.

Thanks

I found this in a quick search:

blockOptions.cgi referrer requests « guyzero.com

Don’t know if that helps, but it seems to suggest that there’s no serious problem.

Thank you - that seems quite reassuring. One of the hacked sites (not this one) had files added to the cgi-bin, so I panic at any reference to cgi that I don’t recognise.

that’s websense’s proxy filter - nothing to worry about
