I have website related to webdesign & development. I have done so many activities like Onpage optimization, Link building, Directory submission and many more but still i am facing some problems in getting ranks. Kindly suggest me some more activities for getting high ranks in Google. Please revert back.
Which keywords are you trying with? The website links that have higher ranking may have more optimization, more number of quality backlinks with those keywords, etc.
If you’re targeting highly competitive keywords i would suggest you to focus more on less competitive keywords and phrases.
You can do Press Release submission because all most sites are dofollow and you can add Hyperlink in body and can get good backlink over there.
First u have to check your keywords which have good search volume or not? If your keyword have good search volume then use it in proper onsite optimization. Then do
1.forum post
2. blog submission
3. press releasing
4. Article submission
5. directories submission.
Exactly, I’d say if you are targeting keywords with high competition then try to use less competitive keywords. Also ensure that whichever keywords you are using have good search volume. I’d then recommend submitting a press release and both articles + directory submissions as well.

yes i agree. some less competitive keywords give traffic too. try to use long tail keywords. it has less competition on search engines but somehow it can be used by your possible visitors.
