Send form data from homepage custom form to registration page form and automatically click submit button of register page

hi all

Just started on wordpress website.

But i want to create a small task in core php without wordpress.

I have one custom form on homepage and second on student register page.

This below is form html code of student register page.

What ever student register page form submit button is doing, I want to do exactly same on click of homepage custom

form submit button.

This below code is of student regisration page.

I and not able to find any action"" attribute url in below form code.

How is this form getting submit ?

How can i send data from homepage custom form to this student register page form and automatically submit it ?

I want to do this in core php without wordpress.

how can i do it ?
