Scaling images in HTML

Hi Google is telling me scale my images from 22x22 to 69x69 which is much bigger than I need from my social media icons in my website not sure why its telling me this…

Your actual images are 69x69px. They are rendering at 22x22px. That’s savings that you could be taking advantage of. Why have a bigger image than needed?

Though to be honest that’s only a few pixels…not really critical to fix.
