I’m creating a Favicon for a website. I need to download a ICO plug in for my Adobe Photoshop CS3. Does anyone know the safest place I can download this plug in?

I’m not sure about photoshop, but you could download the free trial version of IconWorkshop from axialis.
Very powerful and easy to use - I just wish they made a Mac version!

Yep, I use that one, and it works very well.
+1 for Axialis IconWorkshop. It also has a plugin for import/export in Photoshop.

It creates a save-as format. So simple.
Axialis IconWorkshop is great, ive used it and still use it, but i remember there was a plugin for photoship that actually made things easy, you simply took any image in Pshop, and with a click of a button, it made an icon, even let you corp the icon and pick the size and color depth, but i forgot the name,it was NOT a free app,can anyone remember the name of the software?
The Ps plugin linked to above works really well, as yo describe, and is free.
