They usually make a serious verification procedure, so may be you just need to wait for some time. If you wish, I can pm you contact details of our manager in Rubicon who we used to work with (we do not work with them anymore).

As for Rubicon, they have really good unique campaigns available for some countries, however 17% commission they charge seems to be not that low…
At one point, Rubicon had a $2,000 minimum commission rate for their publishers - that is, if their commission from you wasn’t at least $2,000 per month, you had to pay them the difference.
Is that still true? I loved their service, but I don’t do that kind of volume.
