I have no idea how I can add RSS to my site and what I need to be carefull. Are there any scripts or is better to code it on my own, what do I need to put?

Firstly you need a site that is able to use Feeds. Wordpress is a free blogging platform from which you can create feeds of your content. Then go to a popular and easy to use service like Feedburner and it will guide you through the process. If you are programming in html or javascript it is unlikely that you will be able to create a feed unless you really know what you are doing
I do php programming. So it is easier to pick up php rss script and implement it? I thought it is very easy to create feed, so I was wrong.
