Rewrite copyright in WP

I am trying to rewrite the copyright message to include the company legal name instead of the title of the WordPress Blog. I have the following from a tutorial

// Rewrite the Copyright Message

function change_copyright(){
    return wp_nav_menu(array('menu' => 'Copyright Links', 'echo' => 0, 'container' => 'div', 'container_class' => 'copyright', 'before' => ' | '));
}

add_filter('headway_copyright', 'change_copyright');

I now need to change the name given as “XYZ” (taken from the WordPress title attribute) to “XYZ, Inc.” Can someone help me. I know nothing of .php :smiley:

How do you know it’s an Inc?
If it’s for a specific website for that one client, maybe you could hardcode the copyright message in the template?

Yes, it is an Inc. It would have to be hardcoded on every page. Unless I do not understand what you are saying it would be easier to have this produce the copyright throughout the site rather than hardcode every page. There are several page templates throughout.
