Responsive design javascript problem

I’m trying to work out a problem with a responsive website design template using bootstrap css. Here’s the test site:

When the browser window is narrowed below 768 px some javascript is increasing the right padding in the containing div. Anyone know how to stop that from happening?

I suspect this is being caused by one of the Muse.Utils scripts you are pulling in at the bottom of the page.

What do you actually need these for?
