Repair failed on crashed table

I got this error today:

Table './ot/emails' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed

Error code 144.

I tried duplicating the table in hopes of then being able to delete the crashed one, but I got another error when trying to duplicate. Are there any other options?

Do you not have a backup?

Yes, but it’s a week old. I’m trying to fix the corrupted table so I don’t lose 7 days worth of data.
