Is it possible to remove the delay on the title attribute, so it shows up instantly when the user hovers over?
There isn’t really that much of a delay with the TITLE attribute text and in eithercase that’s down to the user-agent and beyond the scope of static markup.
Agreed. And that small delay is there for a very good reason. Imagine how confusing it would be as you moved your mouse across a page if every link and image that you passed across instantly popped up a title tooltip - you wouldn’t be able to focus on anything properly!
