I paid for and registered 3 domains 3-4 days ago and have spent the last 3 days back and forth with 1and1 support department, who insist that I ring them to activate the domains.
I am overseas on an island in Portugal and cannot telephone. Also the site said that my control panel details would be emailed to me on activation.
Now thier support tells me they cannot email for security reasons.
This is a ridiculous situation, I have requested an immediate cancellation of my account and refund to my credit card, please this is to wanr other s not to use 1and1.
