Radio buttons not working in Chrome

Hi all,
I have developed a form:

http://www.philau.edu/library/services/instruction/studentfeedback.php

The radio buttons work in Firefox, but not Chrome…any idea why?

This has me puzzled.

Thanks so much,

Michael

Took a quick look, your CSS looks to be hiding the radio buttons in Chrome.

Couple of things to try:

 1. Try disabling radio button styling in input.radio
 2. Put the radio inputs inside their coresponding LABEL tags

Giving the radio button a width of 0px isn’t helping. :smiley:

input.radio {
background: linear-gradient(to bottom, #D3D3D3 0%, #F2F2F2 56%) repeat scroll 0 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
border: 1px solid #A1A1A1;
border-radius: 8px;
height: 25px;
margin-right: 5%;
margin-top: 15px;
padding: 3px;
width: 0px;
}

It usually doesn’t work too well to try to style radio buttons. I’d leave them as the browser displays them.

If you remove that 0px, your width:400px for inputs takes over, which is also a problem. You need to be more specific in targeting inputs (with a class, or a type, such as input[type=“text”], as there are other kinds of inputs that you’d never want to set to width: 400px, like radio, checkbox, submit etc.

^ well spotted on the 0px :slight_smile:
