Pulling info from another site... Possible? Easiest way to do so

Hi all,
I am a disabled vet that has slowley taught himself html and some php and sql. I am a commissioner of a MLB league that is made up of 30 disabled vets as team owners. Previously we were using the “SHOW NATION” website to produce and show stats but since i have learned myself over the years i decided last year to try to improve the skin of the league and add some bells and whistles being that this is all that some of these guys have after leaving the military.

So, my question to all is, is there a way to pull information from this website " http://theshownation.com/franchises/221599" and show it on my own creation?

Thanks again for all the admins hard work. These kind of sites have given me so much help over the years learning myself. Working with php, html, sql for this project makes the problems i have dissapear while giving the other vets something else to think about other than there disabilities.

Thanks in advance for any help given and god bless my friends.

The question is, did they not give you a way to pull information when they gave you permission to use it?
