Publishing Project info to customer

Hi,

Please suggest an opensource CMS/wiki suitable for my requirement.

The requirement is to create Project-wise Page content so as to publish project info to respective Customer securely. Simply put, Customer 1 on login should see Project 1 pages only. Please suggest a suitable CMS preferably with inline editing.

Zoho projects is good, I am sure Zoho has somthign that you use for this purpose.
