Project Ideas for Beginners?

Hi guys,

I am student web dev just brainstorming ideas for my school project.

What interesting projects did you work on as a beginner?

I am thinking of creating a visual lifestyle app that will help me learn new habits.
I am not a big fan of those notifications that pop up at the most unexpected of times (such as 7 minutes fitness). Instead, I wanna pick new goals, put them on my lifestyle map (to visually represent what I am working on this month) and then track my progress, noticing what is working and what’s not.

What I recommend you doing is make a rough layout of every page (hand-drawn is fine). Draw your home page with its notes and buttons, then draw the different pages that branch out from there. Once you have an idea of what the site does exactly page by page, then you can start figuring the functionality.
