Ok I seem to be having issues with my secure site at gatewayknives.com when i add item to cart then click checkout, i get a little red mark next to my padlock sometimes which says warning unauth content. this is in firefox…no errors in IE. The thing is if I reload it then it is fine…my shopping cart host is not getting this error, it seems to be a hit and miss error, sometime I dont even get it. I just cant seem to figure out why this is happening. My ssl is by digicert…sometimes for some reason when i go to the https site it is not being verified it seems. can someone visit the site and try to go to a secure site from the cart and see if this is happening to you? i’m afraid i’m losing potential sales…thank you
i experienced this twice in the past. in both cases I has to reinstall the certificate.
you may wanna reissue the certificate and then reinstall it.
I can reproduce the issue in Firefox. Did you try getting in touch with your hosting company regarding this question?
It worked fine for me with Windows 7
and IE8
