Not really. The position can vary from day to day and from place to place. It can be influenced by your search history, and whether or not you’re logged into Google/Yahoo!/Bing at the time. It may vary betweem google.com, google.co.uk, etc., especially when influenced by your own location. And rankings do vary anyway; that’s the nature of the beast.
You can get a general idea of where a site is ranking for a particular keyword, but it’s not possible to get a definitive position.
